Kelly Osbourne Part 2

I've just finished my shift at Stonewall and have another Kelly Osbourne encounter to report.
I was chatting away to a friend of mine Jason who requested Kelly's One Word, which I happily played. A young woman, who looked more than a little under the weather, came wobbling up to us winding her hand in circles.
She must have realised neither of us knew what she was trying to indicate, and slurred, "come on mate, can't you speed it up a bit?" She wound her hand even more to emphasise the fact she thought the song was way too slow.
Now, the dance mix of One Word is one of those songs that sounds kind of slow no matter how fast it is. I didn't want to try to explain that I hadn't slowed it down, so just nodded enthusiastically, said, "sure!" and left it as it was.
Towards the end of the song she stumbled back over and mumbled, "thanks mate, that's more like it." I guess all that hand-winding sped something up for her.

THATS HOT!
LMAO!!!
Hi Dan, wrong blog..but can i ask the name of a song you played last night at the shift at about 3.45 just before the brokeback mtn instrumental. It's an oldie and everytime I hear it, it's in my head for days!! It has a female vocal and there's a line in the song "don't you hurt my pride"
It was a great night last night and a shame we all had to move on out at 5:00am!
H: :)!
Anon: Hi there, sorry to take so long to get back to you.
The song you're after is Girl From The Gutter by Kina, Hex Hector mix. It's one of my faves and I'm happy you liked it too!
I'm glad you had a good night, it was a lot of fun and I had a blast too.
Cheers,
xo
